How long will it take for my jewelry to arrive?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- United States: 7–10 business days
- Canada, UK, Australia & most other countries: 5–16 business days
- Made-to-order or personalized items: up to 14–17 business days (including production time)
Please note these estimates exclude weekends, holidays, customs clearance, and any carrier-related delays beyond our control.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also visit the “Track Your Order” page on Valercia.com or log into your account at any time to view your shipment’s full tracking details.

First, please check around your property—porch, garage, side doors—or anywhere a courier might leave your package. Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted it for you. You can also reach out to your local post office for any additional delivery notes.
Occasionally, tracking systems update early and your order may arrive within a few days. If five business days pass and you still haven’t received your items, email us at support@valercia.com with your order number and contact details so we can investigate and assist you promptly.

Newly shipped orders can take up to 7 days for tracking details to appear, as scans may be delayed while your package leaves our fulfillment center or is handed off to the carrier.
If your shipment has been in transit and you don’t see any updates after 7 days, please email us at support@valercia.com with your order number and contact information. We’ll investigate the delay and, if needed, arrange a complimentary replacement.
